This reasonably priced and ecologically clean material suits for packing and safe transportation of any products: from bananas and soap powder to china and medicines.
Nowadays most of goods, shipped by any kind of transport such as trucks, trains and plains are packed in boxes made of corrugated cardboard or even simple corrugated cardboard sheets.
Corrugated cartons produced by our company serve as a basis for manufacturing the non-polluting packaging for diverse range of industries, namely food industry, pharmaceutics, perfumery and cosmetics, glass and porcelain manufacture etc.
At present time we produce three-layered cardboard of KG, t-21,t-22, t-23, t-24 classes (made of two flat sheets and one corrugated layer) which meets the State Standard 73760-89 requirements.
The colors available for coating covers are white and brown.
Corrugated cardboard is cut in a specific shape that finally is glued.

Corrugated Cardboard Packaging

The most preferable printing method is flexographia. Our company is equipped with a large-size flexographic printing press. The method of printing we use is notable for simplicity and inexpensiveness, that’s why printing does not increase the price of our products noticeably.
The quality of patterns can be easily compared with the quality of offset and deep printing methods, as flexographia goes well with the corrugated cardboard.
The very method is non-toxic. We use water- and alcohol- based inks.
